Our Free plan allows you to create up to 5 invoices per month at no cost. Free accounts include basic features such as PDF export, payment tracking, and client management.
The Pro plan provides unlimited invoices and additional features including automatic payment reminders, custom branding, multi-currency support, and priority support.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions.

InvoiceDLT and all content, features, and functionality (including design, text, graphics, logos) are owned by StackStats Apps LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your invoice data and client information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of InvoiceDLT without our written permission.
Your use of InvoiceDLT is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in that policy.
You are responsible for backing up your data. While we implement security measures and regular backups, we are not liable for data loss due to technical failures, security breaches, or service interruptions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StackStats Apps LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) violation of these Terms, (c) violation of any rights of another party, or (d) your invoice data or content.
InvoiceDLT integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alaska, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StackStats Apps LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
